Site Rules

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the client guides, download links, configuration tutorials, and technical resources provided on this site. By accessing or continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Site Content and Scope

This site compiles public information about Clash, mihomo, and related clients, including software download links, installation steps, subscription import methods, traffic-routing rules, networking terminology, and troubleshooting advice. This content is provided for learning about network technology, researching software configuration, and general reference only. It is not legal, commercial, security, or environment-specific professional advice.

We make reasonable efforts to verify the navigation paths, project names, and configuration examples shown on these pages. However, client versions, operating-system permissions, network-provider policies, and upstream project status may change. Our content does not replace a software project's own release notes, license, or documentation. If our guidance conflicts with information published by an upstream project, rely on the upstream project's current public information.

You are responsible for deciding whether a client, configuration file, subscription service, or network feature is suitable for your device and intended use. Before changing a setting you do not understand, keep a copy of the original configuration and read the relevant user guide first. Avoid directly modifying system network, DNS, or virtual network adapter settings.

2. Lawful Use Requirements

When using materials from this site or related software, you must comply with applicable local laws, network-management requirements, software license terms, and the rules of the services you access. You may not use this site's content or related tools for unauthorized network access, disrupting network services, circumventing legally imposed controls, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, distributing illegal information or malicious programs, or carrying out any other unlawful activity.

You must have lawful authorization to use the devices, networks, accounts, subscription URLs, and configuration files involved. For networks managed by an organization, school, public institution, or another person, obtain the appropriate permission first. Do not alter proxy, routing, DNS, firewall, or device-management policies without authorization.

Subscription links and configuration files may contain access credentials, node information, or personal network settings. Store them securely, and do not publicly share them or submit them to untrusted websites. You are responsible for consequences arising from shared accounts, exposed configurations, subscriptions from unknown sources, or violations of third-party service rules. If a proposed use may raise compliance concerns, stop and assess it under applicable local requirements.

3. Software Sources and Liability

This site is not the developer or maintainer of the open-source projects listed on its pages, nor does it control their releases, maintenance, or service availability. Client applications, cores, and updates are provided by their respective projects or distributors. Our download links and usage instructions do not guarantee that any software, subscription service, or third-party website will remain available, support every device, or meet a particular purpose.

Software behavior can be affected by the operating-system version, processor architecture, permissions, network environment, configuration, and upstream updates. We are not responsible for network interruptions, overwritten configurations, account issues, data loss, compatibility problems, or any other direct or indirect loss resulting from installation, upgrades, removal, or configuration changes. Back up important configurations and essential data before making changes, and ensure that you can restore your previous network settings.

This site may link to app stores, project pages, or other third-party resources. Their content, privacy practices, download availability, and service rules are the responsibility of their operators. After visiting an external page, read its terms separately and assess the risks. If a link no longer works or a page differs from the actual interface, use the general troubleshooting steps in our tutorials instead.

4. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, code, graphic marks, documentation, and release files of Clash, mihomo, and the respective clients belong to their corresponding projects, authors, or rights holders. They are governed by their respective open-source licenses, trademark rules, or other authorization terms. Our descriptions, categorization, and links do not transfer any rights and do not imply an affiliation, agency relationship, or official partnership with the relevant projects.

Before copying, modifying, distributing, or deploying open-source software, you must review the applicable license files in the project's repository or release package and comply with requirements such as attribution, preservation of copyright notices, source-code disclosure, and redistribution. Different clients and cores may use different licenses; similar names do not imply identical license terms.

The tutorial structure, written explanations, and page layout organized by this site are protected under applicable law. Reasonable quotation for personal study is permitted. When reproducing substantial portions, clearly credit the source and preserve the original meaning. Do not alter or remove context in a way that misleads readers about project ownership, feature scope, or security conclusions.

5. Changes to These Terms and Continued Use

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to site features, upstream projects, legal requirements, or content maintenance needs. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the Last updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Unless required by law, we will not send individual notices of changes. If you use these resources over an extended period, review this page regularly.

Continuing to access or use this site after the terms are updated means that you acknowledge the revised content. If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the materials and links provided here. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply; the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its original intent.

For questions about client installation, subscription imports, proxy modes, or configuration concepts, start with our user guide and glossary. These pages provide operating steps and basic explanations; they do not resolve account ownership, subscription-service disputes, or third-party platform rules.
